liar, liar pants on fire

okay, I lied. I promised that I wouldn't neglect the blog again, and I failed. But I finally located and assembled the camera, cord, and the computer! It doesn't sound like a great feat, but after the move we've had, I'm adding it to the list of accomplishments. So here's what's been going on:

we bought a 3 bedroom condo and closed on the 25th of June, woohoo! Then the fun started and we've been working our butts off to get everything moved and the other house completely clean by the 30th (at the time this sounded like it would be too easy, yeah right)! Thanks to some help from awesome friends and especially my sister Brooke, we did it! Here's some of the footage of the move . . .

Despite our hectic move, we still managed to have a little fun:

In the midst of ALL of this, Hazel had double ear infections, switched daycare centers twice, AND I switched jobs!

Oh yeah, did I mention that Chris is coming home in less than TWO weeks?!?! I am soooo excited, but I REALLY want the house to look FABULOUS! Thanks to Brooke (again!) we've painted the kitchen, bathroom, and the foyer area. Here's a snapshot:
